Yoke Breakers Ministry

How do true believers demonstrate their love for Christ in their daily walk? In this episode of Yoke Breakers, Brother Willie James Gordon Jr. explores the foundational call to keep Jesus' commandments and live out genuine Christian love and forgiveness.

Examining key passages across the Old and New Testaments—including John, Leviticus, Romans, Ephesians, Matthew, and Proverbs—Brother Willie emphasizes that walking with God requires setting aside worldly titles, forsaking past sinful habits, and maintaining a steadfast commitment to prayer, fasting, and Scripture study.

Key Takeaways

• Love as the Chief Commandment: Jesus commands His followers to love one another as He loved us, putting away hatred, malice, and vengeance (John 13:34–35, John 15:17).

• Forgiveness and Non-Vengeance: Believers are instructed to leave vengeance to God, pray for enemies, and forgive others as God in Christ forgave us (Leviticus 19:18, Romans 12:19, Ephesians 4:31–32).

• True Spiritual Family: According to Jesus, true spiritual kinship belongs to those who hear and do the will of God in Heaven (Matthew 12:46–50).

• Living a Separated Life: True conversion means coming out from old worldly habits, putting on the "new creature" in Christ, and walking in continuous repentance (2 Corinthians 5:17).

• Anchored in Wisdom and Prayer: Trusting God with all your heart, seeking His direction daily, and hiding His Word in your heart provides power over temptation and spiritual warfare (Proverbs 3:5–7, Proverbs 4:4–22).

Title: Yoke Breakers: Fear Is Torment — Walking in Divine Protection Over Demonic Fear

Description: In this powerful message broadcast, Sister Gordon of Yoke Breakers Deliverance Ministries addresses the root of demonic fear and how it holds believers in bondage. Fear brings torment, anxiety, and physical weakness, but God has not given His children a spirit of fear. Sister Deborah challenges Christians who rely on weapons like AR-15s for self-defense, reminding us that true safety, shelter, and security come solely through faith in God's promises and divine protection.

Key Takeaways:

• The Physical & Emotional Impact of Fear: Demonic fear causes panic, depression, an inability to think rationally, and physical distress, shutting down bodily functions and weakening the immune system.

• Demonic Fear vs. Reverent Fear: Differentiating between the reverent fear (respect and obedience) of God and satanic fear, which brings terror, horror, and torment.

• Faith vs. Firepower: Relying on firearms for personal protection reflects a lack of faith in God’s covenant of protection. True "sheep" trust in the Lord rather than weapons.

• The Covenant of Divine Protection: Salvation includes complete physical and spiritual protection, guarded by God’s angels and sealed by His promises.

• Obedience as the Key to Peace: Walking in faith and acting on God's word frees believers from the spirit of fear and brings a sound mind.

Key Takeaways

• Evidence of Sonship: Explains that divine discipline serves as proof of a believer's relationship with God, arguing that those left without correction are not operating as true children of God.

Yoke Breakers Deliverance Ministries addresses the critical need for a complete gospel in today's ministry. Exploring the biblical charge found in 2 Timothy, she breaks down why spiritual leaders and believers alike must balance encouragement with the courage to confront sin directly and warn of its ultimate consequences. Discover why delivering only "feel-good" messages leaves congregations unprepared—and why preaching the full Word of God is essential for true salvation and spiritual integrity.

Key Takeaways

• The Three Pillars of Sound Preaching: A complete gospel requires three distinct elements:

  • Reprove: Publicly and directly exposing sin to confront deception.

  • Rebuke: Warning believers and non-believers about the real consequences of unrepentant sin.

  • Exhort: Encouraging, comforting, and building up those striving to live righteously.

• The Danger of an Incomplete Gospel: Preaching exhortation alone creates a "feel-good" environment that fails to bring conviction, leaving listeners stuck in habitual sin.

• Ministerial Accountability: Spiritual leaders are held accountable by God to deliver His entire Word without holding back out of fear of rejection, loss of popularity, or offending others.

• Courage in Sound Doctrine: Standing for the truth often brings opposition, but delivering the full message of God is required to keep souls off the path to destruction.

Scripture References

• The Danger of Compromised Doctrine: Addresses the rise of "itching ears" and churches that dilute biblical truth to accommodate modern lifestyles rather than preaching repentance.

Yoke Breakers Deliverance Ministry, delivers an urgent biblical warning regarding "tares in the church." Drawing from Jesus's Parable of the Wheat and Tares in Matthew 13, this message breaks down both the natural and spiritual nature of the Lolium temulentum (darnel)—a mimic weed that closely resembles genuine wheat until the harvest.

Discover how enemy-planted deceptions, hypocrites, and false teachers operate within religious spaces, why God permits the wheat and tares to grow together until the end times, and how believers can discern true spiritual fruit. Above all, receive encouragement that as "good seed," you are fully equipped by God to stand firm, resist distractions, and press forward toward the prize of your high calling in Christ Jesus.

• Why Both Grow Together: Grounded in Matthew 13:29, God allows wheat and tares to grow alongside each other until harvest to protect the true believer from being uprooted prematurely.

• Discerning Fruit Under Pressure: False pretenses can only last so long—true character and spiritual fruit are ultimately revealed when tested by circumstances and trials (Matthew 7:16–20).

• Equipped to Stand: Believers are urged not to be discouraged or derailed by church hypocrisy, knowing that "greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world" (1 John 4:4).

Episode Description

Title: Sin

What exactly is sin, and how does it impact our daily walk with God? In this fiery, truth-forward broadcast, Brother Willie James Gordon Jr. strips away modern compromises to look directly at what the Word of God says about righteousness, obedience, and the traps of the enemy.

Drawing from his own life experiences and a powerful lineup of scripture, Brother Willie warns believers not to let anyone "mess with your anointing." He breaks down the biblical definition of sin—willfully acting contrary to the law of God—and emphasizes that God's eyes see everything, in every place. From a deep dive into the Ten Commandments to Jesus' sobering words in the Gospels about the conditions of our hearts, this episode is a passionate call for the saints to stand firm, stay pure, and live righteously 24/7.

Key Takeaways from this Episode:

• Your Sins Will Find You Out: A sobering reminder from the Book of Numbers that no wrong action stays hidden from an all-seeing God.

• Protecting Your Anointing: Why getting dragged into worldly arguments or compromising at your workplace can fracture your spiritual authority.

• The Heart of the Matter: Exploring how Jesus fulfilled the law by elevating it—reminding us that sin begins in the mind and the eyes before it ever manifests in action.

• Unequally Yoked: Understanding why saved believers have no business partnering with darkness unless they are actively sent to bring someone to Christ.

• Omission is Commission: Breaking down the vital truth that if you know to do good and choose not to do it, that is sin.

• The Ultimate Advocate: An encouraging closing message that if you stumble, you have an advocate in Jesus Christ. Repent, get back up, and keep moving down the right road!

This powerful message is a sobering warning against one of the most destructive spiritual pitfalls: the sin of pride. Drawing from both definitions in the King James Bible Dictionary and profound historical accounts in the Book of Daniel, this sermon breaks down exactly why pride cuts us off from divine favor and how humility positions us to receive blessings we didn't even know to ask for.

If you don't remember anything else from this episode, remember this core truth: God hates pride.

Key Takeaways

• The Definition of Pride: An excessive preoccupation with self, one's achievements, status, or possessions. It shifts confidence away from the Creator and onto the self.

• The Consequences of Arrogance: Scripture warns that pride goes before destruction. When you walk in pride, you step out of the light and effectively signal that you don't need divine assistance.

• The Power of Humility: Humility is the exact opposite of pride. It is a character quality that pleases the Creator and opens the floodgates for grace, mercy, and unexpected favor.

Scripture References Highlighted

• Proverbs 16:18 – "Pride goeth before destruction, and an haughty spirit before a fall."

Episode Title: Chastisement

Have you ever looked at the world and wondered why the unrighteous seem to live completely care-free, while you are facing fiery trials and heavy tribulations?

Chastisement.

While modern culture and media figures like Dr. Phil teach that parental discipline makes children violent, Sister Deborah asks a defining question for every believer: Do you believe the word of man, or the word of God? Pulling heavily from Hebrews 12, she reveals that pain-inflicted correction—done purely out of love and never out of anger—is a fundamental, biblical sign of true sonship.

If you are a believer going through a season of difficulty, hitting a brick wall, or feeling the heavy correction of the Holy Ghost, don't get weary! Sister Deborah breaks down why a lack of discipline means you are an illegitimate child, why parental correction must happen early before a child becomes a hard-hearted teenager, and how God uses spiritual correction to detour our souls away from a devil's hell. From a hilarious yet sobering look at the DNA testing on the Maury show to a direct confrontation of the works of the flesh, this episode is a wake-up call to stay on "Straight Street" and yield the peaceable fruit of righteousness.

Key Takeaways & Themes

• Chastisement is Proof of Love: God doesn't discipline those who don't belong to Him. If the Lord is correcting you when you step off track, it is the ultimate proof that you are His child.

• The Danger of No Correction: To live a lifestyle of sin (fornicating, lying, drinking, or holding hatred) without ever feeling the sting of conviction or correction means you are operating as an illegitimate child.

• Discipline Your Children Betimes: Pulling from Proverbs, Sister Deborah emphasizes training and correcting children while they are young and there is still hope—before they bring their parents to public shame or end up corrected by the prison system.

• The End Goal is Holiness: God’s whippings are never for his amusement; they are for our profit so that we might be partakers of His holiness and safely make the journey from earth to heaven.
